WEST PALM BEACH, FL-Strategic Realty Services, LLC has closed the sale of a retail center in West Palm Beach. North Village Realty, LLC has sold North Village Square, a neighborhood center spanning 24,360 square feet at 3111 45th St. for an amount of $3,450,000.
