MUNICH, GERMANY-Pembroke Real Estate has acquired Altstadt Palais on Karl-Scharnagl-Ring in Munich for its investors. The office building, which comprises 103,160 square feet of rentable office space, is located in the heart of the Central Business District of Munich.
The property has four levels of storage space on the basement and 81 parking spaces. Accumulata Immobilien Development GmbH developed Altstadt Palais in September 2008 and Auer + Weber designed the property. Pembroke was advised by Sammler Usinger in the deal.
