QUINCY, MA-Boston-based Synergy Investment & Development has acquired HarborSouth, a 10-story, 205,000-square-foot office tower on Hancock Street in Quincy, for $31.3 million. The property was sold by a partnership operated by Pennsylvania-based Urdang Capital Management and Boston-based Griffith Properties.
UCM and Griffith secured a $14-million loan from Wells Fargo Bank to purchase the 100 Hancock St. property from an associate of The Hamilton Cos. of Boston. Synergy obtained a $20.3-million loan from People's United Bank to complete the deal. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
