NEW YORK CITY-TKP New York Inc. is opening its first US center in Manhattan. The company has leased 31,450 square feet of space at 104 W. 40th St. situated between Broadway and Sixth Avenue for 10 years.
Asking rent was $45 per square foot. TKP will take a portion of the ground-floor space as well as the entire concourse and second floors of the 21-story building.
