SAN BRUNO, CA-Archstone, an apartment operator based in Arapahoe County, Colorado, has purchased a condominium property near San Francisco and turned it into rental apartments. The company has acquired the 187-unit community in San Bruno, California, for an amount of $80 million.
After purchasing, Archstone renamed the property, known as Grand Luxe Peninsula, as The Luxury Collection at Archstone San Bruno. The San Bruno property is situated adjacent to the apartment operator's existing complex. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
