DALLAS-Associated Estates Realty, a developer based in Richmond Heights, Ohio, is planning to construct a rental apartment complex in Far North Dallas. The REIT already owns a 222-unit complex on Noel Road located on the east side of the Dallas North Tollway.
The developer has plans to build an additional rental community consisting of 104 units on a 1.5-acre vacant property next door. The new structure will have rental units around a parking garage and courtyard. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
