NIAGARA FALLS, NY-Jamil Kara plans to start the renovation project on the iconic Hotel Niagara, which was acquired by him three months before. Harry Stinson who lost the bid to Kara is in discussion with him about partnering on the project. As per the proposal, the 12-floor building measuring 145,000 square feet will be converted into a mix of a boutique hotel and luxury apartments.
