WICHITA, KS-The Protection 1 Building situated in downtown Wichita will change hands soon. Since 2007, Protection 1, an alarm systems company, has been struggling to market the seven-story office building measuring 105,000 square feet at 120 E. First St.
The name of the buyer was not revealed. Patrick Ahern and Steve Martens with Grubb & Ellis | Martens Commercial Group listed the building on the market for $1.65 million. The Protection 1 Building was constructed in 1954. For the full story, go to Wichita Business Journal .
