FORESTVILLE, MD-Angelo, Gordon & Co. and The Donaldson Group have secured $27.66 million in acquisition and restoration financing for an apartment community consisting of 599 units at 3253 Walters Lane in Forestville. The apartment complex is called Regency Pointe.
Angelo, Gordon & Co. and The Donaldson Group bought the first mortgage on the community for $20 million in May 2010 and afterward foreclosed on the complex. The loan was provided by Wells Fargo Bank. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
