NEW YORK CITY-The Related Cos. is close to signing its first anchor tenant for its sprawling Hudson Yards development. Manhattan-based Coach could ink a term sheet to lease an office space measuring approximately 600,000 square feet at the 12-million-square-foot project.
Since late 2010, Related has been negotiating with Coach to lease space at the $15-billion project. If finalized, Related will be able to obtain financing to the 26-acre site project situated between Tenth and Twelfth avenues. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
