CHICAGO-South Korean investors have signed a contract to purchase a 57-story Loop tower. Institutional investors headed by the Korean Teachers' Credit Union and a group of pension funds based in South Korea have agreed to purchase Three First National Plaza, an office building spanning over 1.4 million square feet at 70 W. Madison St., for $369 million.
