LYON, FRANCE-Tamar European Industrial Fund has sold an industrial property and a parcel of land in the Lyon region for EUR 1.4 million and EUR 22,000, respectively. The property, situated in Pontcharra-sur-Turdine, contains 44,670 square feet of space leased to a single tenant.
The asset was bought by one of the two sub-tenants of the Lyon property. The main tenant paid a surrender premium amounting EUR 100,000 to TEIF at the time of deal. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
