ROSEMONT, IL-Wintrust Financial Corp. is relocating its headquarters from Lake Forest to Rosemont. The company purchased the 11-story, 275,000-square-foot office building at 9700 W. Higgins Road in Rosemont last month for $22.5 million.
Wintrust will occupy nearly half of the building. The company will also relocate its marketing staff from Skokie and mortgage operations from Oak Brook to the new location late this year.
