MIAMI-Cushman & Wakefield has closed two extension and expansion deals at a two-building industrial property called Aventura Industrial Center located at 555 NE 185th Street. The DFASS Group has expanded its lease to 193,558 square feet by signing an additional space of 52,770 square feet.
Kansas Marine Co. has also increased its leasing space to 109,267 square feet by leasing an additional 30,709 square feet. Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the deals on behalf of the owner, Principal Real Estate Investors. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
