MCKINNEY, TX-Duke Realty announced that it is constructing a medical office building near the Baylor Medical Center at McKinney in McKinney. The four-floor building measuring 113,730 square feet is scheduled for opening in June. The building will be linked to the new 95-bed hospital located at Lake Forest Drive and Highway 380.
Baylor Health Care System has leased the building site to Duke Realty. The architect for the development is RTKL Associates Inc. and Medco Construction is its general contractor. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
