LONDON-The joint venture between Great Portland Estates and Capital & Counties Properties, Great Capital Partnership, has sold two freehold properties in London for GBP 79.1 million. The 26/40 Kensington High Street property comprising more than 120,000 square feet of mixed-use space was sold for GBP 62.5 million to The Khoo Teck Puat UK Foundation.
