LONDON-The Ignis UK Property Fund has acquired the freehold stake in 77 Gracechurch Street from Climate Change Capital for an amount of GBP 43.5 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 5.36%. The mixed-use building, which measures 49,295 square feet, is currently leased to four retail tenants and seven office tenants.
