SAN FRANCISCO-The abandoned structure at 1510 Geary Road in northern Walnut Creek will be turned into a grocery store. Hall Equities Group is planning to construct a Sprouts Farmers Market store measuring 25,000 square feet at the site and two 4,000-square-foot buildings to accommodate Supercuts, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and a Habit Burger.

The new center will be called Geary Marketplace. The two projects are expected to be opened next summer. For the full story, go to Oakland Tribune .
