FORT WORTH-STAG Industrial Inc., a Boston-based company, has acquired a production and distribution facility located in Fort Worth for $17.9 million. The facility measuring 101,500 square feet is situated on a 5.9-acre site at 1801 Riverbend West Drive. The facility, which was built in 1997, is fully occupied by Ecolab Inc. for seven more years.
