ATLANTA-Welsh Property Trust LLC, a real estate firm based in Minnesota, has purchased seven industrial buildings in Georgia for a total amount of $64.9 million. The Georgia portfolio, which totals 1.3 million square feet, traded for about $48 per square foot.
Welsh Property Trust acquired five industrial facilities from Rooker Real Estate and the remaining two from Opus Corp. Dennis Mitchell of Colliers International represented Rooker in the deal.
