MORRISVILLE, NC-XS Inc., a data management company, is expanding its corporate headquarters at 1500 Perimeter Park Dr. in Morrisville. The company has recently inked a contract to enlarge and extend its lease deal in the building.
XS, which already occupies nearly 15,000 square feet, will add 12,649 square feet and will extend the lease contract in the Perimeter Park Dr. building.
