TAMPA, FL-The Florida Apartment Brokerage Services team of Cushman & Wakefield has closed the sale of apartment communities, Beneva Place and Sabal Palm at Carrollwood. Insula Properties, LLC has bought the Beneva Place, a 169,360-square-foot apartment community comprising 192 units at 3451 Queens St. in Sarasota, for $14.9 million.
CAPREIT has purchased the Sabal Palm at Carrollwood, a 419,040-square-foot Class A apartment community having 432 units at 3602 Carrollwood Place Circle in Tampa, for $39 million. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
