JACKSONVILLE, FL-Grubb & Ellis|Phoenix Realty Group, Inc. has brokered a lease deal for a warehouse space in Jacksonville. Saddle Creek Corporation has signed a lease for 213,000 square feet of space at 12759 Gran Bay Parkway from Cabot Properties.
