MISSOURI CITY, TX-The Allied Group has acquired Building 3, a 152,800-square-foot facility, and 31 acres of property in the Lakeview Business Park at 14623 Fairway Pines Drive in Missouri City. Associates of Crow Holdings Realty Partners IV and Trammell Crow Co. developed the park.
Allied Group's Warren Alloy Valve & Fitting Co. will use the space as distribution center and headquarters. In the deal, the buyer was represented by CB Richard Ellis and Moody Rambin Interests, while the seller was represented by Boyd Commercial. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle .
