IRVINE, CA-Irvine-based Incipio Technologies Inc. is relocating its current headquarters located near John Wayne Airport to the Irvine Spectrum. The company has signed a seven-year lease for nearly 110,000 square feet of office, distribution and light manufacturing space in the Oak Canyon Business Center at 6001 Oak Canyon.
The 161,000-square-foot building, owned by Newport Beach-based Irvine Company, will serve as Incipio's new headquarters. Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the tenant, while Irvine Co. had in-house representation in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal .
