MUSKEGO, WI-A national real property investment company has purchased a distribution center in Muskego for $23.7 million. GE Healthcare has leased the center and its lease runs through 2019.
American Realty Capital Trust Inc. acquired the center and 33.26-acre property from Ace Industrial Properties Inc., an associate of Cudahy-based Steinergroup Inc., on May 31.
