CHICAGO-Archstone, an apartment owner based in Englewood, Colorado, has decided to market a River North apartment complex. The company has tapped Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP's Chicago office to sell the 25-story, 304-unit high-rise at 77 W. Huron St.
