DIETZENBACH, GERMANY-The brokerage division of NAI apollo group, an owner-operated real estate consulting firm, has closed the sale of a mixed-use property in Germany. Cavotec Fladung GmbH, a company specialized in airport and safety engineering, has acquired a 215,278-square-foot property in Dietzenbach.
Cavotec Fladung has purchased the property, which contains a 64,583-square-foot warehouse and a 21,527-square-foot office building, to support its expansion. The company will move to the new location in March 2012. For the full story, go to Immopro24 .
