LONDON-CLS Holdings is planning to submit a petition in the autumn for Spring Mews, a mixed-use development spanning 194,826 square feet next to Spring Gardens in Vauxhall in London. The development will include a 120-bed hotel, a 408-bed student housing building, 5,600 square feet of business units, a 3,500-square-foot retail unit and a community center.
