CHANNAHON, IL-Keating Resources Inc., a developer based in Geneva, has purchased and industrial building measuring 850,000 square feet in Grundy County and plans to turn it into a rail-and-truck transfer factory. The company has purchased the property situated along U.S. Route 6 near Morris in Channahon from Sapa Extrusions Inc. for about $1.4 million.
