The property is owned by MRP Realty. Kelley Drye's existing lease runs through 2017. Cushman & Wakefield's Audrey Cramer, Malcolm Marshall and Scott Hoffman represented the tenant, while CB Richard Ellis Group Inc.'s David Ritchey and Scott Frankel represented the owner in the lease transaction.
