FORT MYERS, FL-CB Richard Ellis has closed the sale of bulk condominium units in Fort Myers. Larkspur Acquisitions has acquired 44 condo units as well as 11 acres of development plot in the Villas of Venezia at 4101 Metro Parkway for an amount of $2,000,000.
