EDINBURGH, UK-Lloyds Banking Group has listed the old Scottish & Newcastle Brewery site situated in Edinburgh city centre on the market for sale. The Fountain Quay site, which extends 13 acres, is situated next to the Exchange district in Edinburgh.
Earlier this year, the site obtained planning permission for a mixed-use project including hotel, retail, leisure and student housing.
