CARROLLTON, TX-M-D Investments, an investor based in Ohio, has acquired an office and warehouse property measuring 32,480 square feet in Trinity Square Business Park at 2555 Tarpley Road in Carrollton. Jayna Inc. will use the facility to enlarge its operations in the Dallas area.
The industrial property, constructed in 1992, was sold by PAI Dallas Llc. Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.'s Jean Russo negotiated the deal with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services' Brian Pafford. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
