MESA, AZ-Pathfinder Partners based in San Diego has bought the Dobson Springs, an apartment complex located at 1325 W. Guadalupe Road in Mesa, for $5.4 million. The acquisition of the bank-owned complex was closed in collaboration with New Summit Partners and Bruckal Properties. This is Pathfinder Partners' second purchase within two weeks.
