LONDON-The Place, a 17-story project comprising 430,000 square feet of office space beside the Shard in London, is seeking tenants for the new building. The Place is part of the London Bridge Quarter development owned by Sellar Property.
The project is currently under development and it will be finished in spring 2013. It is designed by Renzo Piano. The Sellar Group chairman, Irvine Sellar, said that The Place will be the largest office building to reach the market in 2013 in London. For the full story, go to Property Week .
