WAUKESHA, WI-Liberty Property Trust has completed the sale of four office buildings located in Waukesha and Brookfield for $41 million. The properties totaling 338,000 square feet are 94% occupied. The Waukesha properties are located at 20800 Swenson Drive and 20700 Swenson Drive and the Brookfield are situated at 245 South Executive Drive and 15800 Bluemound Road.
