LONDON-Segro has signed three leases totaling 62,400 square feet at IQ Winnersh, a business park consisting of 89,100 square feet of office space in Berkshire, Reading. Atos has signed a lease for 47,200 square feet; Grant Thornton has leased 12,000 square feet; and QlikTech has leased additional 4,200 square feet of office space in Building 1000 on the business park at 130 Wharfedale Road.
