The Building is a 58,000-square-class A office building located at 2990 Ponce de Leon Blvd set to come to market in 2012. </p> <p xmlns:i=\"incisive-repository\" xmlns=\"http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml\"><strong>Transwestern</strong> Senior Vice President <strong>Walter Robinson</strong>, Vice President <strong>Laurel Oswald</strong>, and Associate <strong>Jennifer Lee</strong>, Associate handled the transaction on behalf of The Building, a joint venture between <strong>Juan Carlos Mas</strong> and <strong>TAZ Partners LLC</strong>, a real estate investment fund created by the Zubizarreta family. Transwestern Senior Vice President <strong>Peter Harrison</strong> represented the tenant.</p> <p xmlns:i=\"incisive-repository\" xmlns=\"http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml\">“Coral Gables remains a vibrant business sector attracting tenants insistent upon high standards of excellence,” Robinson tells GlobeSt.com. “Within this business district, The Building is a unique boutique property that speaks to the demands of superior amenities, location and renowned ownership.\"</p> <p xmlns:i=\"incisive-repository\" xmlns=\"http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml\">Robinson notes that The Building is attracting high profile tenants. In a competitive office market, the team is working to secure a complimentary tenant mix for the new building. Zubi Advertising is a good start. Zubi is one of the nation’s largest Hispanic advertising agencies with a 36-year track record of award-winning U.S. Hispanic Market branding campaigns.
