LONDON-Beltane Asset Management has obtained planning approval for St Paul's House located next to The Old Bailey and Paternoster Square at 10 Warwick Lane EC4. The project, designed by Ben Adams Architects, will contain 40,000 square feet of office space.

The planning consent for the renovation of the building includes turning the ground-floor car park to office space, adding a new floor and expanding the stories on three levels. Beltane Asset Management bought St Paul's House in August 2010. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
