MIAMI BEACH-Miami-based Brilla Group, the owner of the Raleigh Hotel situated in Miami Beach, has secured a $20-million loan to improve the hotel. Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman arranged the loan for the private equity firm from an international debt fund.
Brilla acquired the hotel, situated at 1775 Collins Ave., in 2009. The hotel, constructed in 1940, was remodeled in 2004. The renovation will be completed in December. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
