CHARLOTTE, NC-Campus Crest Communities Inc., a student-housing developer based in Charlotte, is developing two student-housing projects at The University of Maine in Orono, Maine, and Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama. The total estimated cost for the projects is $51.6 million. The Orono project will feature 188 apartments and 620 beds and the Auburn project will feature 216 apartments and 600 beds.
