NEW YORK CITY-Ghurka has inked a lease at the Sherry Netherland located at 781 Fifth Avenue to house its flagship store. As per the deal, the retailer will occupy a 915-square-foot space on the ground floor of the hotel and a 225-square-foot basement space. The Sherry-Netherland is the owner of the hotel.
In the deal, the Orfali Group's Steven Orfali represented the tenant, while Jackie Totolo, Peter Whitenack and Rob Cohen of Robert K. Futterman & Associates represented the owner. For the full story, go to New York Observer .
