SANTA CLARA, CA-San Jose-based DJM Capital Partners Inc. has sold Great America Place, an office complex spanning 224,000 square feet at 5200 Great America Parkway in Santa Clara, for $45.8 million. The office complex, located on the other side of the Santa Clara Convention Center, was purchased by Newcastle Partners Inc.
