NEW YORK CITY-Kinespirit Inc., a wellness studio, has inked a lease for 3,000 square feet at a building located at 125 E. 23rd St. for five years. Asking rent for the space was not revealed. However, according to realty brokers, the asking rent in the area is in the high $30s. Kinespirit will occupy the fifth and sixth floors of the building.
