NEW YORK CITY-MacMillan Holdings has signed a sublease deal for two years for 14,052 square feet at 41 Madison Ave. With the new lease, the publishing company's total square footage at the skyscraper has reached 56,000 square feet.
Asking rent was in the mid-$40s per square foot. MacMillan has subleased the 29th-floor space from Stillwater Capital Markets. In the lease deal, MacMillan was represented by Leon Manoff with Colliers International, and Stillwater Capital was represented by Jack Cohen, also of Colliers.
