NEW YORK CITY-Micro Office Solutions is opening its fourth Manhattan outpost in the Flatiron district. The firm has inked a lease for 20 years with 902 Associates for 33,000 square feet of space at 902 Broadway located at East 20th Street.
Asking rent was $39 per square foot. Micro Office will occupy the entire sixth- and seventh-floor space at 902 Broadway. Martin Meyer and Perry Mesmer with Colliers International negotiated the deal on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
