FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-A joint venture of Fort Lauderdale-based Westcity Realty and Boca Raton-based Crocker Partners have purchased One Financial Plaza, a 28-story office building in downtown Fort Lauderdale, for $44 million. The deal also includes two development sites adjacent to the skyscraper.
One Financial Center LLC purchased the property in 2007 for $65 million. One Financial Plaza is situated on 4.02 acres of land and is 80% leased to tenants including Regions Bank and the Tower Club. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
