PARIS-Veolia Transdev has inked a lease to occupy the entire Sereinis office tower, a seven-floor office building situated at 32 Rue Gallieni, Issy-les-Moulineaux (Hauts-de-Seine), for nine years. The company will use the 129,436-square-foot office tower as its global headquarters. Klepierre is the owner of the office property.
