CORAL GABLES, FL-Zubi Advertising has inked a long-term lease for 23,000 square feet at The Building, a Class A modern Mediterranean-style office building being developed at 2990 Ponce de Leon Blvd. Construction on the 58,000-square-foot office building is slated for completion in 2012. Alberto J. Perez of AJP Ventures is the developer.
